I started selling Chevrolets in Akron, Ohio. At that time, the dealership was one of the largest Chevrolet dealers in the country and had 50 salespeople. Within six months, I moved from being a "green pea" to the top of the board selling over 35 units a month. Eighteen months later, my selling skills landed me the position as Sales Manager. From there, I became the GSM and then GM. For 20 years I had been working with different dealerships throughout the US as a consultant in sales and management. During the past 10 years I have worked with Automax Sales Training and trained in excess of 4500+ salespeople and management personnel in the Auto and RV Industry.
